There’s this saying I saw on a letterboard on Pinterest once, something about how ‘I like coffee in my creamer’. That’s pretty much how I am, way too much creamer in my coffee.
I saw this shirt at the Salvation Army the other day and had to grab it. Not only because it was only .99 cents but it seemed like a “me” kinda shirt. I made a trip there and brought back a whole new wardrobe due to the fact all my current clothes had been stained with acrylic paints.
I love shopping there and especially supporting that particular thrift store because they had personally helped me and my children in the past, on more than one occasion. Whenever I see the Christmas ringers in the store with the Salvation Army logo coin contraption I always try to put something in if I have it.
I don’t know what inspired me to create some crazy purple fairy type moon goddess. But as I was only doodling I don’t really need a reason.
I’m still not entirely comfortable drawing full bodies or even the top shoulder area of one. But I try to make it work.
